Artist statement
The next chapter of their love begins when
the bride and groom enter the wedding vehicle… It’s the moment they realise the
commitment they have made to love, honour & cherish one another is about to
become alive.
My collection dubbed La fusion des âmes, was
inspired by wedding vehicles used to chaperone the bridal couples to and from
the wedding venue. The embellishments used to adorn the vehicle, such as the
knot, are a symbol of the bridal couples enduring love and commitment to one
another. The knot represents the culmination of two individuals bonded together
by infinite love. The collection is a symbol of eternal love, a declaration of
their honour to each other, and a constant reminder of the promise made. My
designs express the power of synergy that a couple creates where two
individuals become stronger when they are bound together in love.

The row of diamonds
and the stem of the earring are one piece whilst the longer ‘j shaped’ piece is
removable and fits behind the ear. Creating the illusion of it tapering through the wearer’s ear.
